From the very beginning, they were honest, upfront, and incredibly easy to work with. A special thank you to our salesperson, Vicki Catalan. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Vicki was patient with all of our questions, kept us informed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She definitely deserves 5 stars for her customer service and help! Four Stars Toyota was able to beat a previous offer we had received on a new Sienna and were also able to get our vehicle sooner. They worked with us on all of the extras we wanted to add and also helped us with an extended warranty. Even though we were several hours away, they made the entire process feel easy. One of the things I appreciated most was the communication. While we were waiting for the Sienna to arrive from the factory and then make its way through the distribution center, Vicki and the dealership kept us updated almost daily. That really made a difference and gave us confidence that everything was being taken care of. They even delivered the Sienna directly to our front door in Norman from Altus. You really can’t ask for much more than that! Overall, this was a 5-star buying experience, and I would absolutely recommend Four Stars Toyota and especially Vicki Catalan to anyone looking for a new vehicle. My only disappointment is that we live so far away that we probably won’t be able to have them service the Sienna regularly. If we lived closer, they would definitely have our service business as well. Thank you to Vicki and everyone at Four Stars Toyota for making buying our new Sienna such a great experience! More

When I contacted Four Stars I was preparing myself to recei I’ve historically purchased from CarMax for the low pressure sales and excellent service. When I contacted Four Stars I was preparing myself to receive gimmicks, sales pressure, and an inconsistent sales team that car dealerships usually have. The first person I spoke with at Four Stars was John Timmons several weeks before I purchased a vehicle. I never had to interact with a different sales person after that. I liked the “no pressure” sales. I contacted several other dealerships and received texts/emails/phone calls at least 3 times a day with almost robotic messages to get me to buy a car. With Four Stars I was only contacted by John with pertinent updates to the vehicle I wanted to purchase otherwise I reached out him myself to ask questions. When discussing specific packages for the vehicle we purchased we were also not pressured to buy more features and packages the way other dealers might have. John showed us features and products, listened to what we needed, answered our questions (if he didn’t know the answer he followed up later with an accurate answer later). If we didn’t want something he understood and moved on. He had the right balance of “giving the sales pitch” and caring about the customers wants and needs. In a business where it’s difficult to stand out among the rest, Four Stars shines when it comes to customer service. Four Stars should continue to approach sales the way John Timmons does. More

I contacted F Starts Toyota via CarGuru's and was paired with my saleperson, Sunni. Phone conversations with Sunni, John and Gary throughout various parts of the deal were not just limited to the purchase but became everyday conversation which made me feel more at ease and more like a person that just some number coming in to get suckered in a "deal".
