Overall my experience was ok. It took over an hour to get the car so that I could see it when I first visited, despite having an appointment. If I'd known it was at the used car l It took over an hour to get the car so that I could see it when I first visited, despite having an appointment. If I'd known it was at the used car lot I would have gone there. Also, there was essentially no negotiation on price which I thought was a little unfair based on the fact that it was used, slightly overpriced, had been on the lot for awhile, and I had to wait an extremely long time just to see the car. Also, no one explained anything about how the car worked inside to me, I had to learn it all after I purchased. Other than that, my experience was fine. More
