The initial experience was good. The sales man was friendly the sales manager was very personable but after the sale was made everything was different. The first week I had the car t The sales man was friendly the sales manager was very personable but after the sale was made everything was different. The first week I had the car the bug guard in the front of the car detached while driving down the road. It was very concerning that it might come off and hit another vehicle. I called my sales person he sent very coldly sent me to the service center. They had me come in. While I was waiting for them to reattached the bug guard and my sales person came by and wouldn't speak to me. The sales manager came by and didn't ask me if everything was okay since I literally just bought a car from them. He stood in the lobby and told stories to the other sales people but no interest in speak with me as a customer in his service center. Aiden in the service center was great. Very personable and friendly but the sales team had my money and already moved on. I still don't have the information they are supposed to send me for their warranty program. They had me download the app but never sent me the information to login. I don't know what I was expecting but I really thought this family dealership would have more personable service than the big store but once they had my money they just moved on to the next sale. More
