Sales staff was nice and not pushy. The only reason I purchased from you was because your staff did not use hard sell tactics. Also I have had problems with my purchase and your parts manager was the BEsT person that I have EVER dealt with in any mechanic shop ever in my life and I am 52 years old. HE NEEDS a RAISE and you should do whatever you can to keep in on your staff He busted his xxx to get my issues fixed fast because I had to drive out to western Kansas the next day More

Luxury and Imports does a great job in making car buying the least amount of stressful. I wasn't pushed to buy the first car I saw, they were very helpful in listening to my wants and needs alongside budget the least amount of stressful. Fantastic management and very personable staff. Will definitely be coming back here when Im ready to trade this one in and buy new again! More

Not heard back regarding promises made. ..sad. I was told and a written doc was provided that parts were ordered and the repairs would be completed. Bought car, heard back once from the sale ..sad. I was told and a written doc was provided that parts were ordered and the repairs would be completed. Bought car, heard back once from the sale person and nothing more... no follow up. This is sad and troubles me to return; even to get the promised repairs made. Why would I believe anyone? SAD More
