With this being my first time purchasing a vehicle, Blaine Marston made the experience pressure free all while being polite, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. He is an above average salesman and seems to have a passion for people and cars rather than a passion for money. The finance experience started on a low with Tyler Neumeyer who underhandedly tried to incur many more expenses for me and take advantage of my inexperience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and then was very quick to become rude and defensive rather than making sure I was well informed and satisfied. Fortunately, his lack of customer service was corrected entirely by the finance director John Willey who made the experience exponentially better from the moment he took over the finance aspect. John shows understanding and desire to satisfy that is unlike many others in the times we are currently in, so for that I thank him. Between John and Blaine, you can expect an experience that leaves you satisfied and regret free. More

I just picked up this 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV From Yark Chevrolet. I have been looking for an Escalade or something similar to that type of vehicle. I had found two or three that I really liked but th Yark Chevrolet. I have been looking for an Escalade or something similar to that type of vehicle. I had found two or three that I really liked but they had their problems like other used vehicles do. So my wife suggested that I get on the Internet and look at automobiles online. I came across this Cadillac Escalade at Yark Chevrolet. The only problem that I faced was that the car was 250 miles from my residence. So I found a good day to be able to jump in the car and drive the 250 miles to go look at it. As I look the car over it was everything that Blaine Marston said it was. I’m very satisfied with Blaine in his services very nice guy some of the other sales associates were very professional and greeting me and the finance officer was very helpful and very polite in his ability to handle the paperwork. The only disappointment that I had in the staff at Yark Chevrolet is the guy who details the cars. Every Employee of that dealership has to keep in mind that everything that they do while on the job is a representation of the dealership. Because some people might think, If then clean the car that way,I wonder if the maintenance or the service guys are as sloppy in their job. but for the most part I like my car I like the service that I received and Blaine is a nice guy. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle to Yark Chevrolet for all your car needs. Yark Chevrolet has a brand new state of the art facility and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle there the services that I might need. More
