You are an embarrassment to the profession and a shining example of why used car salesmen have the reputation they do. Your actions have permanently branded Toyota of North Austin as a dishonest operation in my mind—a con job hiding behind a corporate logo. Thankfully, I had the foresight to purchase the extended warranty—something I now fully expect to need. And rest assured, I will never set foot in your dealership again.
