Below average used car experience, especially for a Subaru dealer. After attempting to get my wife and son to sign paperwork that included unneeded and unwanted extras we almost walked away. Vehicle wa Subaru dealer. After attempting to get my wife and son to sign paperwork that included unneeded and unwanted extras we almost walked away. Vehicle was an ok deal but nothing fantastic. Sadly we've watched the Beardmore experience and quality drop over the past few years in both the sales and service departments. Watch your wallets and be very weary of any recommendations from the service department as they've consistently missed the mark on both our owned Outback and the newly purchased Crosstrek, often suggesting high dollar service work for issues that other Subaru shops verified were non existent. Finance person shared way too much information for what was a 5 minute cash transaction but turned into 20 with many mistakes. David was solid and saved the sale through honest conversation. Jonathan was every used car sales guy that makes you want to leave. Left with only a quarter tank of gas, you'd think they would at least fill it up and their Beardmore certified vehicle would mean I wouldn't have to replace windshield wipers immediately. . More
