My experience with Budget Car Sales, and with the professionalism exhibited by Jonathan K., has been truly exceptional. It is widely known that car salespersons are often tormented, and I've heard of professionalism exhibited by Jonathan K., has been truly exceptional. It is widely known that car salespersons are often tormented, and I've heard of some horror stories myself. However, Budget Car Sales has been purely excellent. In my unique circumstances, I bought my vehicle while being based outside of the United States. From the moment I saw the vehicle on Cars.com and contacted the dealership via email to the day the car was collected on my behalf, Jonathan was attentive and guided me through the entire process. You can only imagine the complications of purchasing a vehicle abroad and dealing with financial institutions while abroad. Despite the delays and periods of discovering "how to do this", I was kept on track and was able to complete the purchase thanks to Jonathan. He took pictures of the vehicle, detailed it and ensure that it met the necessary fuel-level requirements to be ready for collection. I recommend Budget Car Sales for a great car purchasing experience and superior customer service. Top Class. More
