What a wonderful experience My husband and I had at Thomas Subaru in Cumberland Maryland. Friendly Knowledgeable sales people the thing we liked most was our salesman Johnathan Loughrie. He actually let us decide which vehicle we wanted. We took up his whole day driving one car then another asking tons of questions we have never owned a Subaru before and he made us feel like it was a real pleasure to spend the time with us. My car buying experience at Thomas Hyundai has been the best. I felt like they cared from day one. I visited 3 other dealerships initially and the customer service was undesirable to say the least. I st best. I felt like they cared from day one. I visited 3 other dealerships initially and the customer service was undesirable to say the least. I started a new search on the internet. Long story short, I ended up driving 2 and a half hours to Thomas Hyundai just to go get my car. I love my Elantra and I actually get 39.4 miles to the gallon. The staff has been GREAT from their initial response to my email and continues today. I had a problem even went to another dealership because it was closer... the customer service was again undesirable so needless to say. I will be driving back to Thomas Hyundai tomorrow for them to correct the problem the closer dealership did not properly fix. I have vowed to go to Thomas Hyundai for ALL of my service needs. I will continue to drive the distance for the OUTSTANDING Customer Service. More
