John from the starting phone call was very professional, friendly, & efficient. I was first told that they could to my car by 11:00. I took it in & dropped it off at 8:00, & John called me at 9:30 letting m friendly, & efficient. I was first told that they could to my car by 11:00. I took it in & dropped it off at 8:00, & John called me at 9:30 letting me know that the car was ready. He also said that they would check the seal on my transmission as soon as I return from my trip, because it will still be under warranty. I am very grateful. More
