Great product and excellent customer service from friendly, knowledgeable staff! We had originally brought our 6 year old Tucson in for Service and after a very pleasant conversation with Rhoda at t friendly, knowledgeable staff! We had originally brought our 6 year old Tucson in for Service and after a very pleasant conversation with Rhoda at the incoming Service reception. She quickly understood the issue and sent a request in for warranty coverage. She said it would be just a little while to hear back from the company so we decided to look at the new Tucson models as we were considering a trade in sometime in the future. As opposed to being mobbed by salesmen on the showroom floor (absolutely hate that experience), we found Johnathan Weidner and asked him to show us some vehicles. We made it clear that we were not interested in buying but wanted to think some things over. We wish we had a person like Johnathan for all our previous vehicle purchases - the memories would be good as opposed to painful. We had a no-pressure experience to explore options and actually found a vehicle that was the right size and options we wanted. After a fair price was offered for our Tucson we decided to buy. Finance, usually the bane of the car buying experience due to complicated forms and time involved, was actually not only painless but enjoyable. Our thanks to Tony Rivers for a great and quick finance process. When we had questions, Tony had a ready answer with an ability to provide an in depth discussion of a variety of options if available and desired. His very personable manner was a welcome presence in an otherwise dreary experience. Our final interaction happened when we wanted a few small "extras" for the vehicle. We spoke with Harry Mojica who was very efficient at finding the parts in stock and on line. The parts in stock were so easy to find because the parts area was well lit and ordered in shelves that looked like they were built and stocked earlier in the morning. Everything about this dealership reflects attention to customer service as expressed by the people who work there, the cleanliness of the facility and the organization focused on enhancing the customer experience. Thanks! The only improvement I can see for this organization is to open a branch closer to The Villages. More
