I never felt like I was being sold to. It felt like they actually wanted to help me find the right car and make sure I understood everything before signing. By the time I drove away in my XC90, I felt confident that I made the right decision. What I liked most was the fact that De Haven sold the car new and has done all the service work on the car since. De Haven will still do all the service work on the car. When we started talking with Jim about the car it was like we knew each other for years We talked about our families, cars that we had over the years just general talking it was so relaxing. The wife kept commenting about how clean the place was and how relaxing it was to talk to Jim. Jim has her vote for sure. More
