One never knows the mystery of life! My 2007 Tacoma had seen the best and worse of life and was finally a bigger money pit that I could afford --- it was standard and my toy. I however had a done a lot of research for weeks true-ing to decide to do one more fix or trade. The repair shop was willing to put it on the lift at no cost and help me decide. They are very straight forward and I was ready for whatever. They explained the good and the bad and I made my own decision without pressure or "suggestions" from the eager sales crew....they were so thoughtful and truly NO pressure. Since I am a woman, retired teacher and small time farmer, it needed to be a truck. I had a list for a new vehicle (List- long bed, standard, 2015 or newer, double cab, 4x4, v6, low mileage, warranted and certified). Expecting to have to do some hunting, I thanked them. However, wouldn't you just know that there a re angels out there looking at the situation. I was asked to look at a particular one that had been taken in and had just been reduced... Now remember the list--this one had the long bed, 2016, low mileage, 4x4, V6, double cab, and certified!!!!! I was frustrated that after 55 years of driving a standard I would have to yield to an automatic. I worked with them for a good hour of sharpening pencils while the negotiation took place for a price I could manage. When I went out to really try things out, I discovered the best of both worlds with the shifting and I love it ---- In the end I think we both came out fine with the deal. The people I met throughout the process were more than kind and not pushy or "paying the game", I enjoyed a few cups of hot chocolate while the final procedures and calls to my more than patient sales rep called my daughter to make sure the family would approve (I am no spring chicken) and would support my decision. And she was so pleased with the attitude and care they were sharing in the process with one really determined mother. The truck was filled with gas, cleaner than brand new if that is possible, sported brand new tires, and the new owner had been introduced to all the bells and whistles that were not even known in 2007! Needless to say the color (Blazing Blue or whatever --is a bit out of character for me, but I certainly won't be feeling dull or bored in it!!! And I certainly can find it in a boring white/gray parking lot!! I ended up with excellent coverage, benefits and a team I know that will meet the demands of a determined, opinionated, "old lady" with a lot of enthusiasm for life. Brian Landry and his team were amazing and I certainly have already broadcast my memorable experience. I am not sure this is what you want for a review, but the event, process, and purchase was one none of us will forget!! More

Great Service My husband is the one that brought my car for inspection and service and he said Johnny A , very helpful, attentive, great attitude, good to work with My husband is the one that brought my car for inspection and service and he said Johnny A , very helpful, attentive, great attitude, good to work with -The service part of visit took longer than expected, ( NOT due to any fault of McGee- but to previous service, another garage) but Johnny kept coming out to updates. That is great customer service. No complaints -Thank you More

Great experience; in and out in no time! It was a great experience! Awesome Teamwork! I have given this rating because Donna Tilton checked back with me 6 months later to see if I was ready to get a car. I had accomplished getting back to work part- time so they knew I needed a car right away. So her & Sully Carter the finance manager there made it happen within 24 hours.!!They were amazing & friendly as well as being quick to accommodate me. Also the mechanics are servicing the car to my standards. I still can't beleive I am an owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla! I will have to pinch myself in believing this is real!They are efficient & friendly Gals & Guys that focus on your needs! Fabulous Teamwork Friends !!! I recommend McGee T. to everyone! Updated Review Caring about saftey always with their certified used cars sales as well as excellent customer service that puts a smile on your face. I recently visited again & they did not put me off. They were friendly, caring & understanding. The McGee Family will treat you right! That's A promise from a customer! You are OK, McGee Howe was super with service and you are doing a good job, too. You are new and I am getting used to you. You still have John Aremburg in service and it is great to have a friendly face there, one with whom I have come to know over the years and who calls me by name. That is a big plus in the car game and especially in Service. Ed was really great there, too, and I miss him. He was a great asset in Service. When new people come in they make changes for their bottom line. However, I have just been a customer, what do I know? I have dealt with Toyota dealers in Mid-TN and a number of them here in the Concord and Upper Valley area. My salesperson is Ed Malhoit but at the price of a new truck, I don't know if I can afford one. Speaking to consumers, we generally agree that all manufacturers don't care what we want in a vehicle, but they put what they want and hold us hostage to buying what they present. My ancestors faced that once and there was a Revolution and they ended up at the Battle of Bennington. Fortunately, Toyota makes a great little truck and my 07 Tacoma is doing pretty well so far. I really don't have to purchase a new one so will keep mine as long as I can. I am not hostage to any manufacturer at the tune of $35K for transportation. Just the old Yankee in this old lady coming out. I may be a transplant back to New England but the blood runs deep and true. I really don't like doing these surveys because I tell it like I see them and the companies don't like my answers. Hey, I am an old NCO and you get what you ask for. Have a great day. More
