A happy family! I went into the dealership with my wife and 2 little girls. It was unplanned to have the whole unit with me but with my work schedule it was the only I went into the dealership with my wife and 2 little girls. It was unplanned to have the whole unit with me but with my work schedule it was the only day my wife and I could make it in. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Ryan one of the sales managers (he is not usually at the front desk but we caught him up there! :) ) and offered water and coffee and a place to sit the kiddos down on their comfortable couches. It is a nice open facility where I could work with Mo my sales consultant and still monitor my children. While we waited we were asked many more times if we had been assisted yet and that really made me feel good, everyone was very willing to check on us and never did we feel ignored. From that moment on, to finding the right vehicle for us, Mo and the staff there made the whole process genuinely easy and enjoyable and within about an hour and a half we were surprised with a big bow on the front of the vehicle and even made it in time for gymnastics practice!
