Johnny was very helpful and very knowlegable on the Ford products. I have bought GM products (10 vehicles) since 1982 so this was a big change for us. Johnny did a great job and Ken did also. Good Service, friendly salesmen, low pressure sales. Rode home in new 2012 Escape. Johnny worked well with us and got an additional $1000 for trade-in. We were greeted upon entering Beau Townsend Ford immediately. My husband had e-mailed the dealership earlier and had gotten a response from a representative. That salesman was called away, so we dealt with Johnny. After returning from a test-drive, Johnny went over the sales information with us. He was friendly, but not high pressuring. He went over pricing,trade-in,car functions with us...he even put my phone in the sync. system. Kevin Berger went over the financing and warranty information. He,too, was friendly and non-pressuring. We were treated with respect and friendliness by others as we waited for the car to be readied for our car to be ready to bring home. They wanted to make sure that we had been helped. The price was good and they gave us an additional $1000 on the trade-in from the original offer. We were treated well; we do have a 2012 red Ford Escape sitting in our driveway. Thank you. I have been researching new automobiles for the last three months, which for the most part was going to be a two part process. Find a car, find a dealer. That was the plan for every brand on the market three months, which for the most part was going to be a two part process. Find a car, find a dealer. That was the plan for every brand on the market that I looked at with the exception of Ford. With Ford, there was one step. Find a car, go to Beau. Quite a few years back, a friend bought a Ford Escort from Tim Peffley and I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone involved in the transaction that I promised Tim that if I ever bought a Ford, I would come back to him. The Ford tagline of "Quality is Job One" is just as relevant now as it ever was and is demonstrated in the dedication and commitment to the customer. Why the high marks? Because the entire experience was one of "We're here for you". I felt at though I bought a car from a favorite uncle instead of from a dealer! More

I think Johnny Gibson is an excellent salesman. He was courteous, efficient, and strove for customer satisfaction above and beyond the call of duty. Of course, every customer wants their own price when i courteous, efficient, and strove for customer satisfaction above and beyond the call of duty. Of course, every customer wants their own price when it comes to buying a vehicle, nevertheless, Johnny worked hard to give me the best deal possible, even dipping into his own commission to meet my financial needs as a car buyer.
