First oil change I have not done myself. I'm 50. Have owned 10 vehicles, 3 boats and an airplane. Now I own 3 Toyota's, so need special tool for oil filter. And dealership much cheaper than I'm 50. Anyhow, 3 hrs and finally done.. Told 1.5 hrs.. Finally car back and noticed hood moving.. Thank god for safety latch.. Oh car wash.. Yeah they are not responsible.. Dirty brush on automated system.. Grease swirls down entire drivers side.. Not a happy camper. No trust in that dearship now. Have had no isssues with other Toyota dealerships throughout the state.. Other Toyota's.. Again this was mine.. Not families vehicles. More
