I was very disappointed with the one week wait for a service appointment. I feel the service writer was more interested in the “upsell” than my concerns. No delays immediate staff when you pull up and do things they don’t have to or asked to do. They ask me. They actually seem happy and satisfied employees. I had a flat tire and took it off my car and took it to the dealer. Johnny was quick to get it looked it and able to repair it. I get all of my service done here and am very happy with the service. I bough the dealer. Johnny was quick to get it looked it and able to repair it. I get all of my service done here and am very happy with the service. I bought the tires here and was very pleased they were able to repair it with only 5,000 miles on it. More
