In April of 2025 I placed a deposit for 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO with sales p AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. DO NOT ORDER BRAND NEW CARS HERE. In April of 2025 I placed a deposit for 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO with sales person Lauri Bailey. Along with the deposit I gave her my personal information and asked if I can register it under my business name and gave the address and the name of the business. She told me of course and gave me approximate price out the door. When I asked how long it would take, she said few months since this cars is hard to get and many people want them at their dealership. Before placing a deposit with Don Ringler I called maybe 5-10 other dealerships and starting June some of those dealerships started calling me and asking if I am still on the market for 4Runner TRD PRO and I said no because I have a deposit elsewhere ( Don Ringler ). One of the dealerships offered me to buy 3 different 4Runners TRD PRO within 30 day period or so and I kept refusing. I was surprised that so many places are calling me and offering me to buy cars so I jokingly asked Lauri if they sold my car to someone else and she said they would never do it. I had a suspicion though and later it might have confirmed. Also, she told me if I want to choose a different color just in case and I did from what was available at the moment and she said my car will arrive around September of 2025. While I was waiting few other dealerships called me and asked if I am still on the market and I said no since I am waiting with Don Ringler. When my car finally arrived, that's when things took a turn. Lauri sent me pictures of the car, and I sent her the insurance per her request. I got excited and was ready to pay and pick up the car. Today I received a call from Johnny Haun, Sales Manager at Don Ringler Toyota. From very beginning of conversation he was dismissive and rude. He said he can't sell me the car because the street address where my business is registered is flagged for being something related to exporting or something. Just imagine street address. First of all, I gave wrong street address by accident and later gave a correct one ( before he said he couldn't sell me the car ). Secondly, there are probably few hundred of businesses that are registered on that street address and accuse me of being the one doing it is nonsense. It is like as if someone lives in the apartment building with 500 units in it and one person from that apartment complex sent cars to their family or friends or something and now no one from that apartment complex can buy a Toyota? Also, they had all my personal and business information from very beginning, when I placed an order for a car so why not to say something then. They did cancel sale on purpose simply because they want to sell my car for a bribe to someone else in my opinion. This is crazy. I took an extra step and called Toyota to aske them this question. They were very confused and said they don't know what I am talking about and don't know about such a list. However, they asked me if I want to file a complaint and I said not at the moment but I will if it will not be resolved. I also called different Toyota dealership and they told me the same thing, they know nothing about that list. What is basically happening that most likely Johnny Haun himself ( possible for a bribe ) or someone he knows has a friend or someone else who wants to buy MY car ( since they are hard to get ) and he decided to find an excuse to cancel my deal so he can sell my car to someone else. I will write more reviews on different platforms and take further actions so as many as possible people know how dishonest this dealership is. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
