We told them what we needed and they all made it happen, no BS, no pushing, no making us feel like we had to buy. Let us not forget John Patterson in Service who made sure our 2016 Tahoe had fresh oil and checked all that needed to be checked. I would recommend Strickland to anyone in a heartbeat.
