Very pleased customer! Can’t thank you enough for your special “family” experience! We’ve never experienced such a wonderful treatment at any other dealership when purchasin Can’t thank you enough for your special “family” experience! We’ve never experienced such a wonderful treatment at any other dealership when purchasing a vehicle in all our years of buying cars. Bruno was quite thorough in his showing us your available used inventory. The test drive was so impressive in the way the vehicle performed and the comfort we felt in the various settings of the seats. Certainly a BIG step up for us in the luxury of a vehicle. I don’t think we could GO BACK to any other vehicle from here!!! Having lunch brought in for us was extraordinarily unexpected; thanks to Johnny!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Everyone is so concerned that you have an outstanding experience with their dealership. My sales rep was Bruno Santelli who I worked with previously at a different dealership. Vincent explained the car features in detail he was very easy to understand. The financing was a breeze with Nicole and Lily. I can’t rave enough about how special they make you feel. More

He Makes Buying a Car a Pleasure For many years we have purchased Lexus vehicles from several dealers in the area. This year we decided to try the new dealership in Wesley Chapel. We For many years we have purchased Lexus vehicles from several dealers in the area. This year we decided to try the new dealership in Wesley Chapel. We were not disappointed. We had a positive and pleasant experience in our dealings with the dealership beginning with the lovely, young ladies who greeted us at the door with a smile and an offer of refreshments continuing with Johnny Millaway, the Internet Advisor, we worked with to find the right vehicle and price. Johnny is professional, yet friendly. He provided information on the vehicles we were interested in purchasing and answered questions we had concerning those vehicle. His fairness in working with us to reach an agreeable price was deeply appreciated. Without hesitation, I would buy another vehicle from Lexus of Wesley Chapel or recommend Johnny or the dealership to friends or family members interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. More
