He was attentive and thoughtful from the beginning. He listened to what I was looking for, did not try to push me out of my budget, made expert recommendations, and was patient as I test drove TONS of cars. He stayed in contact with me but not in an intrusive way. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and accommodated my busy schedule. Even bringing the truck to my farm to test drive.
