We purchased a 2021 Maserati Levante S and had a great experience the day of the purchase and from our direct sales rep. The Finance Manager, York, failed to sign the check to pay off our trade in. Ne experience the day of the purchase and from our direct sales rep. The Finance Manager, York, failed to sign the check to pay off our trade in. Nearly costing us a late fee, costing us 2 weeks of extra interest/payment, and resulting in us having to pay additional for the loan on the trade in. When we contacted him he said we would receive the difference. 2+ months later with no reimbursement and after neither the GM nor the Finance Manager have responded, I am writing this review. On top of that the electronics in the Maserati are having many problems. The screens make a buzzing sound and shut off while we are driving the car. The windshield wipers go on when you turn on the blinker. We have now taken the vehicle in 3x and it’s still not fixed. The loaners we have been given have been dirty. The last one had someone’s finger nail in the door and trash throughout. More
