Today marks the 3rd time Tempe Jeep has failed me as a repeat customer. Again today I scheduled an oil change and rotation. Showed up on time, only to be told 20 minutes after checking in that my wait w repeat customer. Again today I scheduled an oil change and rotation. Showed up on time, only to be told 20 minutes after checking in that my wait would be 2-3 hours. I asked why? Because I have an appointment, only to be told walk ins were ahead of me and they can't mive me ahead of those who failed to make an appointment. Terrible customer service here. I bought my 22 Jeep Gladiator here. But, my new one will not be bought here.... Roger (Mac) McPherson More

**DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS PLACE** If I could give this place a zero star I would!! I’ve had this car 3 months & had to replace the brakes/rotors, would not cover the fees because it ‘passed their ins this place a zero star I would!! I’ve had this car 3 months & had to replace the brakes/rotors, would not cover the fees because it ‘passed their inspection’ failed State of Az! A month later I have something done at a dealership who only sells my car, come to find out I have a cracked transmission(jb welded) bolts missing in the subframe & engine mount broken!!! Are xxxxing kidding me? All they have said on BBB report is ‘we gave her our car to drive’ 2 weeks later, pick up to no sorry from anyone & an empty tank of gas! I was on full when I came in.. The absolute WORST place to deal with & I have worked auto industry for 23 years, never this experience to our customers or me Used car manager Tony Davis is rude as xxxx & treats women like they are dumb/disrespectful, GM won’t return calls or the service manager More
