Nearly impossible to get sales on the phone. Michelle got up six, yes I mean six, times to go ask the Sales Manager how to do something or a question. After almost two hours I couldn't take any more and more a basically skipped the critical session of how to set up my phone, etc. I will go to the GR dealer to get that training. She should be doing something other than selling high end vehicles. When called to review, Mike basically didn't return my call. More

Nick Hodgson was incredible, knew his stuff bout the cars I was looking at, ran numbers on the cars, made sure I was within budget. I had a very pleasant experience when I bought my new Tiguan. I had an even better experience when I started using Maple Hill Service Last year.
