Diagnosis Previously scheduled vehicle for a campaign repair and a day before bringing in I fueled up with bad gas that triggered warnings on dashboard for chec Previously scheduled vehicle for a campaign repair and a day before bringing in I fueled up with bad gas that triggered warnings on dashboard for check engine. Took to nearby Porsche dealer and they immediately said I needed a high pressure fuel pump and 8 ignition coils. I disagreed and took vehicle to Porsche North Houston for diagnosis. They inspected vehicle and stated that a fuel pump was not culprit. Reset computer after campaign repair and last few days car has responded 100%. Long story short, I only needed 3 coils in which labor was free due to campaign repair because they had to remove anyway to complete repair. Also I elected to change all 8 spark plugs which was no labor charge as well. This is the only dealer from this point forward I will take for service or diagnosis. Thank You Jon and Chris More

Servicing my Cayman I had the 40,000 mile service and a tire replacement performed by North Houston Porsche. They had the car for almost a full week due to the tire deli I had the 40,000 mile service and a tire replacement performed by North Houston Porsche. They had the car for almost a full week due to the tire delivery (agreed duration). I would have liked a bit better communication on scheduling and pickup, as it finally occurred at Friday afternoon rush hour, which was necessary since I needed the car on Saturday. If I hadn't called and pressed them for a pickup time, and just waited for the service reps call, I likely wouldn't have had time to get there before closing due to traffic. Additionally on my drive home I received a warning message that oil level was above maximum but driving was possible. I would have expected that to show up on a test drive, or even idiling in the garage, especially for a $2,000 service visit. Calls to my service advisor on Saturday were unsuccessful, so the car has to sit all weekend until I can get in touch with them on Monday. There were many good details of the visit (loaner, greeting, cleanliness of vehicle upon return, etc.), so I haven't discounted my rating more than one star. However, I would expect a premier dealership to ensure cars are returned with high quality results. More

Awesome service experience with Jon Gosling. Was very skeptical about repair coverage when my vehicle left me stranded. When I got to the dealership, I was met by Jon and felt like he was sincere Was very skeptical about repair coverage when my vehicle left me stranded. When I got to the dealership, I was met by Jon and felt like he was sincerely concerned about my car. This was a weekend but he assured me he would call early in the week which he did. I truly appreciated the honesty and him letting me know my issue was also a recall item that I was unaware. Later, to discover that Porsche had decided to replace my engine at no cost to me-wow! That really blew me away as I was expecting to get bad news and a huge bill or loss on trade. In the meantime, Jon introduced me to Jorge and spoke about the possibility of purchasing a newer model. When I get ready for my next Porsche, Jorge will be my guy. I am sold on this ultimate Porsche experience! Thanks Jon for going the extra miles in a service driven industry, job well done. More
