Fast, friendly service. Only complaint is that upon removing/reinstalling the headliner for repair in cab of my truck, the technician got greasy fingerprints all over the fabric and didn't attempt to cleanup/wipe off. I was able remedy the situation with a "wet wipe" relatively quick. Other tham that, everything went great.

Dealer was very helpful. I replaced a bad BCM module in my Acadia. They reprogrammed it for me to the features on my vehicle and everything worked perfectly for me. Saved a lot of money and the dealer was great!

Getting a hold of someone to actually schedule an appointment was a nightmare. The scheduler and I played phone tag continuously and I felt like every time I called I received her voicemail. It was a little frustrating. Once I was scheduled and got my vehicle in for service, everyone in the service department was great to work with.

The staff was very hospitable. Brought the vehicle in for a recall item and left also getting an alignment per their recommendation. After asking the gentlemen if their was a coupon or discount on the alignment he did find us that did help curb the cost. Didn't notice a difference in in how the vehicle drives, but we trust their recommendations were needed.😊 Thanks Elhart.

The service writers are ok but they need to learn more about the vehicles to explain the problems better and do better at returning phone calls. The techs need to learn about vehicle engineering, so they can understand that a tonneu cover will not make a 4000lb trucks front end shake.
