By far, Jon-Michael and the entire team at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson were the friendliest, most helpful, responsive, honest and forthright and trustworthy of everyone we met. We felt like they honestly wanted our business, and worked hard to earn it. There were no surprises along the way. They delivered on every commitment. We were driving nearly an hour to do business with them, so a lot of our communication and negotiation was by phone, email and text. They were willing to work through that with us to ensure all of the details were agreed before we took the time to drive to them, while others didn't bother to even respond or would only talk to us when we showed up in their showroom. I would highly recommend Tom Wood Honda in Anderson if you're in the market for a Honda, or just shopping for any new vehicle. More
