Taking my Buick GX for service is always a good experience. I use the waiting time in a relaxed nice atmosphere sipping some beverage out of the high tech coffee machine. I’m a very loyal customer, I’ve bought 6 vehicles through Kunes in the last 13 years. I feel I was totally taken advantage of for a battery replacement. I was charged $900 for this service, something I feel Kunes in the last 13 years. I feel I was totally taken advantage of for a battery replacement. I was charged $900 for this service, something I feel like the shop could have done without charging me 2 assessments. I don’t feel like I was treated like a loyal costumer, but a target. More
