If I could give 0 stars I would. This dealership sold me a vehicle over 60 days ago and I have still not received a title or registration. I have contacted them numerous times and no This dealership sold me a vehicle over 60 days ago and I have still not received a title or registration. I have contacted them numerous times and nobody wants to pick up the phone. I’ve had 1 person pick up 3 times and each time gave an excuse. I’ve contacted PENNDOT and they don’t have any information in their system about the vehicle even being sold to us. A dealer has 20 days from the sale to submit their paperwork to the state. I asked them to give me the WIB number that Penndot issues them when they submit their paperwork and they have never gotten back to me. I will have PENNDOT dealer audit and I will be in contact with the attorney general. They were fast to take my money and answer calls to make the sale happen but when I call to ask where my title is nobody wants to answer. I do not recommend doing any business with them. Too many red flags, very shady. More
