David was so helpful in the service department. He called us to keep us informed on what they were doing to solve the problems we were having with our Cadillac. I paid for service that was actually covered under my Subaru extended warranty. It took almost 6 weeks, tons of phone calls and great aggravation to finally get reimbursed. Subaru extended warranty.
