During my last visit I was told I needed $500 in additional repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback. I did not have $500 but was told it could wait to next oil change. Just before the oil cha additional repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback. I did not have $500 but was told it could wait to next oil change. Just before the oil change I had it checked by an independent mechanic shop. NONE of the work was necessary. I was being mislead. Trust has been broken, beware they may have integrity issues in their service department. More

A bit misleading It was a easy process, but a bit misleading. I had been speaking to apparently a internet sales rep, who had made me feel assured that when getting to It was a easy process, but a bit misleading. I had been speaking to apparently a internet sales rep, who had made me feel assured that when getting to the actual dealer the price would be negotiated a bit lower, however that was not the case at all. I was a bit disappointed. Jon was pleasant I was just not happy after being told by the internet rep the price could be lowered a bit, it was not. More
