Jon Vu knows what it means to provide excellent customer service. It's the little things that matter. Like when he went the extra mile to replace the battery in my key fob. Sure, it would have cost me littl service. It's the little things that matter. Like when he went the extra mile to replace the battery in my key fob. Sure, it would have cost me little to nothing to replace the battery myself, but he took care of it. Also, my car was missing the two front floor mats, he gave me a completely new set. I appreciate how much Jon Vu and Bill Page Honda not only look after their own interests but look after the customer's too. I plan to come back for all my car's service needs.
