Great Overall Experience I first met Aaron Givens when I was helping my parents find a new truck in May 2019. I was so impressed with how genuine he was in their sales process, that I went back and bought a truck from him myself a week later. Now, that's not to say that I made things easy for Aaron...quite the opposite! I knew exactly what I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay for it. I wanted a new F-150, crewcab, 4x4, with a center console transmission shift. After endlessly searching, we finally found one. The only thing it was missing was leather seats. I kid you not, Aaron and Jonathan were able to help me negotiate leather seats into the purchase and inked the deal. I got all of the features of a Lariat, and saved THOUSANDS. This thing looks like an F-150 limited with the burgandy leather seats in it. I can honestly say that my truck is one of a kind, just like my experience at Joe Machens. These guys went above and beyond in helping me find the truck of my dreams, and negotiated with me to stay right at my budget. I felt that I was treated fairly the entire time, and Aaron and Jonathan truly felt like real people just trying to enhance the lives of those around them. Thank you both! More
