Overall very satisfied with the experience at JH Salisbury. Mr. Branch was extremely patient with me while figured things out, Mr. Lane was awesome and was very thorough in his explanations for any Salisbury. If I had to give less than 5 stars for anything, it would be the cleanliness of the vehicle. The outside was clean, but anything that required detail was not clean - cup holders, cubby, glove box, glass on the inside, etc. Also of note, the main objection for getting the ceramic package was i wanted the scratches fixed before the ceramic was applied. The scratches were not fixed and have now been sealed with ceramic. I was kind of disappointed, honestly. Out side of those items, I was very happy with my JH experience. More
