I've written a review before about the issues with my 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 before. This transmission issue everytime. Now one would think that making up for the hour and a half drive one way everytime would be something to consider. The time spent taking it then coming back a week or two weeks later would account for something. Well you would be wrong. No one even suggested it. Failure. Do not go here ever. More

I've brought my truck back four times and every time I have asked about getting another truck. I have a 700 credit score, not to mention I have bought another vehicle from y'all. It just amazes me that another dealer has no problem.

I understand the market Danielle. If the dealer would have addressed this on going issue and maybe went out of your way to assure customer satisfaction we probably wouldn't be where we are. Also the 2020 Ford Fusion Platinum I purchased from y'all is an issue now too. We haven't had this car for long and y'all supposedly fixed the brake issue. Well that didn't happen because now we are replacing the brakes in the front and we also found that the axel in the front is needing replacement. We are not bringing it back to y'all due to trust issues. It's been a complete show dealing with y'all and I'm so unhappy it's sickening.
