Good afternoon. I am sorry we were unable to repair your transmission under the lifetime powertrain warranty. The requirements for the warranty to stay valid are for the customer to properly service their vehicle following the manufacturer's recommended maintenance. You purchased your vehicle from us at 62k miles. The transmission service is due every 45k miles which would put the next service interval at 90k miles. The claim was denied because you had no records of the transmission being serviced at or around 90k miles. I am happy to discuss this further and help you as much as possible.
