They were able to get me a better interest rate than anywhere online said I could possibly hope for with my credit rating. Because I was treated with respect, was provided with paperwork (he even printed the MSRP window sticker for me so that I could go over it and see exactly what the car had), and didn't face any pressure tactics, I decided to purchase a car. I ended up walking out with a beautiful Buick Encore! On a side note, I am diabetic and when I started feeling unwell the dealership provided me with chips/crackers to get my blood sugar back up and stabilized. That meant a lot to me, it showed that they viewed as a human, not just as a "number" that they need to sell a car too. I will definitely be back in the future! More
