My experience was great. I had a salesperson (Mr. J.R.) that was professional and respectful of boundaries. Because I was treated with respect, was provided with paperwork (h I had a salesperson (Mr. J.R.) that was professional and respectful of boundaries. Because I was treated with respect, was provided with paperwork (he even printed the MSRP window sticker for me so that I could go over it and see exactly what the car had), and didn't face any pressure tactics, I decided to purchase a car. I ended up walking out with a beautiful Buick Encore! On a side note, I am diabetic and when I started feeling unwell the dealership provided me with chips/crackers to get my blood sugar back up and stabilized. That meant a lot to me, it showed that they viewed as a human, not just as a "number" that they need to sell a car too. I will definitely be back in the future! More

Mr. Galick was special, in the regards that he respected me, and my preferences. He didn't try to do "fuzzy math", and he listened and paid attention to my long list of needs and wants. He found a car (2022 Buick Encore GX Select AWD) that had 12/12 needs and 10/12 wants. So I ended up getting a beautiful, luxurious car with 22/24 items on my list. That's 92% of everything that i could have hoped for-amazing!! More

These are bandits with a dealers license. I was going to purchase a Porsche. I asked the finance manager to quote me a warranty price for 36 months. It was a 40,000 dollar car. After clicking along his computer for 5 minutes, he turns his screen towards me and points to the price. IT WAS TWENTY SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS. YEP, 26,000..I got up and left. He texted me 10 minutes later saying thst I can have it for 6000. STAY AWAY More

JR. was the best car sales person that I have ever dealt with. He answered all of my questions and he took the time to show me how to use the OnStar feat was the best car sales person that I have ever dealt with. He answered all of my questions and he took the time to show me how to use the OnStar feature before I left the lot. He also linked my phone to the car. I wish all sales people could be like him.
