Worst car buying experience in my life I purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox in May 2017. The sales man was nice until they we're not able to get financed. I told them I was bringing car back an I purchased a 2010 Chevy equinox in May 2017. The sales man was nice until they we're not able to get financed. I told them I was bringing car back and would go elsewhere. When I got off work they magically got a bank to approve the 24,000 deal!!! I had signed documents to get a loan approved and was bound by those. Understandable and went on with it. Anyways, I went to my bank...because the bank they financed with does not answer the phone or have a way to get ahold of them. My bank told me that I am currently $7,000 in the negative on the car. She asked if I traded a car still owing. NO....I gave them my mini van (paid off) that was still running and they we're supposed to pay me $500 for it on trade. Then today I get a call asking if I want to come see some deals. I told the gentleman that I was overcharged by $7,000 dollars and don't care for a sales pitch. He said " sorry you experienced that, have a nice day". Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! More
