We just happen to drop by the dealership to “take a look” at a vehicle we were interested in. We ended up buying the SUV but had very little time, of which was terribly disjointed, to go through the process. She was patient, expeditious, helpful, and even came in on her day off. Honestly, Shakera was ABOVE AND BEYOND the entire time with us and I am so grateful to have met her and purchased through her. She is top notch! More

I was very satisfied with my car buying experience at McLarty Daniel Ford Lincoln in Bentonville. Mike Smith was our salesperson and was wonderful to work with from the moment I met him in the lot until McLarty Daniel Ford Lincoln in Bentonville. Mike Smith was our salesperson and was wonderful to work with from the moment I met him in the lot until the day of the sale and the weeks in between. I had an idea of what vehicle I was looking for, but the exact one I wanted wasn’t in stock due to the national car chip shortage. I stopped by the dealership a few times to ask questions and look at features on their existing inventory, and Mike was always happy to help. I let Mike know what I wanted, and he regularly monitored the incoming vehicles and let me know as soon as he had one that came in that matched my criteria. I really appreciate the extra effort and patience Mike put in to make sure that I got the exact vehicle I wanted without pressuring me into something else. After the sale, Mike stayed late to help me set up my FordPass app, link it to my new vehicle, and show me additional key features which was very helpful and appreciated. And if I have any questions in the future, I know I can contact him. I highly recommend working with Mike if you are looking for a Ford in the Northwest Arkansas area. More
