Jonathan's emails stood out, because he always responded quickly and professionally and provided all the information needed. When I came in to purchase, the paperwork was ready and everything was as agreed to. Jonathan Chiazza was out of the office that day, so Jonathan Mireles handled the transaction at the dealership. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went from the initial email contact to the final transaction. I would definitely go back again, next time I'm in the market for a Honda. More

He'll go out of his way to make the best d Johnny is a customer focused sales associate who takes an interest in the customers needs and requirements. He'll go out of his way to make the best deal as long as the buyer is serious about making a deal. As a customer I do my research, ask questions, and present my additional requirements, as well as ask for numbers before allowing the dealer to run my credit. Johnny is a patient, knowledgeable, and a genuine sales associate. Roscoe G. was the manager who approved the great deal I got and he along with Johnny made my purchase well worth the time. Trey Sutherland was the finance guy that was not prepared when I arrived at 9am on 6/16/18. I sat waiting around for him for 45 minutes and when I finally went into his office, he left the office on several occasions some of which were up to 15 minutes at a time. He doesn't listen to the customer and will not stop pushing add-ons until he gets his way. Luckly I got his price down to what I thought was reasonable. The service department and the associates working that department are rude and unfriendly. Although I made an appointment for 4pm, the Service Associate Jose Elias told me I had to be here at 2pm to get the issue with the deck plate looked at. I told him I drove over 200 miles and made a beeline to Johnny. While I was waiting the service manager approaches me and says we'll try to take a look at it. I'm like come on seriously. That department needs better training on how they greet and approach there customers. Ross Erler is the GM and I had to get him involved on some of the issues I was having after my initial visit. He followed through on his part and was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Overall the dealership has/is excellent in some areas and needs major improvement in others which is why the overall rattling I gave was three stars. The actual work of the technicians make up for the imperfections of the front end staff in the service department. More

The deal was exactly as Johnny and I talked about, Actually my payment was lower than I expected. I went in their with financing the finance manager Jeremy Ransom got me a better deal. No Games. In and out. I'm 56 and I have bought a few cars over the years and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
