Contacted to ensure the car we wanted to look at was on the lot. Told it was so we drove over 1 hr to see the vehicle (even had an appt). Got there and our name was on the board for appts but they seemed the lot. Told it was so we drove over 1 hr to see the vehicle (even had an appt). Got there and our name was on the board for appts but they seemed confused as to what we wanted. Then we were told the car was sold 4 days before. Given some crap story that internet sales people don’t always know what is on the lot. We didn’t contact internet sales. I spoke directly to a sales person (allegedly). Overall not a good feeling that they even know what cars they have. Sorry…cannot recommend since there are so many other dealers around. More

Miles is a consummate professional. I thought we would test drive a Highlander and purchase elsewhere but Miles ensured that wasn’t going to be necessary.
