Please be advised: this dealership is 100% preying on uninformed buyers. Their deceptive sales tactics are beyond unprofessional and need to be addressed by upper management/ownership immediately. Our salesman (Jon) told a female friend, whom I was attempting to help navigate the process (without me being in the room), that Florida law REQUIRES a down payment on leased Kias: are you kidding me?! After explaining that this claim is 100% inaccurate and deceptive, the finance department manager (Jonathan, I believe) told us that’s how they structure their deals. If we didn’t like it, we could leave immediately. You could literally see the panic in their faces after being called out. To anyone considering buying/leasing from Napleton on Northlake - please do not let them bully you into an unfair (and borderline illegal) deal. I hope this review helps. Side note: they’re also adding in unwanted “protection plans” into the cost of the leases. Even if you choose to opt out and decline the package, finance will insist they’re not allowed to remove the plan per Kia’s rules. Again, incredibly predatory practices targeting those that are afraid to push back. More

I bought my 2nd Kia Forte from Johnny Jaramillo a couple of weeks ago. He listened to me when I gave him my price range, my wish list and even the color I was hoping for. I highly recommend this dealership! 01-12-21 Must xhange to 1 star review. Turns out Kia dealership has still not paid my car that I traded in off - even though they bought it from me on Dec 17,2020. Now I have two car payments because Kia I’ll not return my calls to correct their mistake. Live and learn. More
