Tyler reaches out periodically to make sure that everything is running smoothly and updates Me and genuinely cares about my visits every single time that I go to the Dealership. I have never had such great customer service from a dealership in my entire life compared to marquart where it is a struggle to attempt to receive any sort of good customer service as well as any good service from them at all. I chased them instead of them chasing me. Every time that I go to one automotive specifically of Audi Eau Claire I feel that there is nothing but respect and care put into me as a customer. I have never had such good customer service and quality service from a dealership and will never go back to marquart for service unless absolutely necessary for my Gm vehicle. I have been recommending one automotive to as many friends and family members as possible and recommend them to anyone I can. I have never done this before. Would rate 6 stars as possible More

I was on a road trip from MN to IL and had an engine light come on and my car was running rough. I stopped at Eau Claire VW and they hooked it up and found the problem.
