I was able to set up the appointment and was able to discuss the problem with Tyler. I was provided with a very nice loner car, and the assumption was it was going to be a long duration repair. I got the Passat down to Eau Claire on that Tuesday morning and by that afternoon they had it fixed. I had to wait until Friday to pick it up but that was because of a snowstorm and Thanksgiving.
