They had the car for over 2 weeks and it's not fixed. I was told an engineer from Kia was supposed to come and look at it, I don't think it happened. They was supposed to replace an axle, it didn't happe I was told an engineer from Kia was supposed to come and look at it, I don't think it happened. They suggested road force tire balancing but didn't offer to do the balancing themselves. They released the car to me knowing it was not fixed. More
