The buying process went smooth. Part of the deal was for a mirror to be replaced while they still had the truck fir a week. The mirror was replaced but the camera was not calibrated after unstall. I had to return the truck and part way through the calibration the computer crashed which then had to schedule an appointment to bring it back so that is more wasted trips. Several days after delivery a noticed an oil spot in my driveway. Upon investigating I notice the oil filter had been damaged. It appears from using an oil filter wrench to install it. I don't understand why it was service at your other dealer considering it only had 1000 miles. End of story it cost me a $200 oil change to fix the leaky oil filter. So I've wasted time and money now. Don't think I will have anything serviced at your stores. More
