My only complaint is the excessive paperwork required of me when it was a simple all-cash purchase. All documents related to security of financing should be reduced to expedite an all cash sale. Jonathan's patience and pleasant demeanor made it all more tolerable. And Ethan also had to explain every unnecessary detail to me. He patiently accomplished that. More
