Finally made it in Sunday & met with Johnny & had the transaction closed and keys in hand in less than hour. I’ve purchased several cars the past few years, and my experience at Land Rover Van Nuys has been one of the most memorable ones to date. From the time I called Johnny to get info, Johnny sending me pics of cars & keeping me informed through the week, & finally going to dealership to finalize purchase has truly been a 5⭐️ experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, & there was zero pressure & no cheesy sales tactics to close the deal. Kramer has also followed up with me a few times making sure I’m satisfied with the car & offering his asssitance should the need arise. Will def recommend this dealership! More

Just too personally hand this car over to us when we had issues getting there on time. Bro I don’t know anybody who would do that for a car less than 20k. No matter who you are he will be there for you from beginning to end PERIOD. I have dealt with a lot of dealers and sales people in my life and most of them seem like they don’t even want to sell you a car.
