From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist, who offered me refreshments and promptly introduced me to one of the sales representatives, Charles. Charles took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, and became my self proclaimed "agent"! After my mind was made up and my deal was sealed, Charles set me an appointment with his co worker Jonny who was just as professional and kind as he was. Jonny took 2 hrs answering all my questions, providing me with detailed information about the features and benefits, and never made me feel rushed or pressured, when I asked him to explain something again (there was so much to learn). Their expertise and honesty were evident, making the decision-making process much easier for me. What truly stood out was the transparency and professionalism exhibited by the entire team. When it came time to discuss pricing and financing options, Ersa, who was fairly new and worked alongside Coles explained everything clearly and offered additional services that may be benifical to me. They were upfront about all costs involved, ensuring there were no surprises or hidden fees. The level of customer service extended beyond the purchase itself. Mercedes-Benz of Natick made sure that the car was in pristine condition and my gas tank was full before I drove off the lot.
